Olney Screening Reels are very versatile and are used for dewatering and screening many food and non food products. These can be manufactured in various diameters and lengths depending on your specific requirements.

The Olney Scalping Reels are configured so that the product will pass thru the screen while larger trash pieces exit the end of the cylinder. Product passes through the screen holes to a discharge conveyor placed under the cylinder.

Olney Dirt Reels are typically a rugged construction of wire mesh, expanded metal or perforated screens designed to tumble the product to screen out loose pieces of dirt and sand.

Olney Reel Washers are usually supplied with perforated, round or tri rod screens. They also have a recirculating water system with sprays to wash the product as it spirals thru the cylinder.

The reels are supplied with several different types of screening material for dewatering, size grading, scalping or fine piece removal. Options include: trunion or spoked drive, variable speed, spray pipes, interior or exterior cleaning brushes, feed and discharge conveyors.
